Can anyone be hypnotised ?

Yes, but only if they want to be.
One of the most important keys to successful hypnotherapy is to “want” to make the change.
A hypnotherapist can never make you do anything that would violate your morals and values.

How many sessions would I need ?

That depends from person to person and the problem at hand. Positive results can be achieved in just one or two sessions. On average four to six sessions may be needed to make lasting change for long time issues. This will be discussed at the free initial telephone consultation and agreed then.

How much is each individual session?

Each individual session is £55 and lasts an hour. I would appreciate a 24 hour notice for cancellation of an appointment.
